Who Are We?
Management & Operations

Gabriel Anaya
Founder
I didn't come to this work through a business plan. I came through prayer.
For a long time, I was building things for myself - chasing goals that, if I'm honest, were mostly about me. Then something shifted. I started feeling a pull toward work that would outlast a balance sheet. Toward serving people whose mission I genuinely believe in.
Catholic parishes and nonprofits are on the front lines of something sacred. And when I looked closely, I saw an opportunity to serve them well - to bring the same tools that help businesses scale and communicate, and put them in the hands of people doing God's work.
This is that work. And I'm honored to do it.

Marie Manuel
Operations Support With Purpose
Marie Antoniette Manuel is a seasoned nonprofit leader with more than a decade of experience helping organizations run smoothly, grow steadily, and keep their focus on the people they serve. Grounded in a deep sense of community and servant leadership, she brings a background in operations, program design, and partnership development, and a genuine care for the 'why' behind the work, not just the 'how.'
Marie has spent her career inside mission-driven organizations, building the unglamorous things that make the work possible: clean databases, clear workflows, dependable reporting, and the partnerships that open doors. At Uptime Ministries, she brings that same care to the team’s day-to-day, keeping operations organized and improving behind the scenes so clients get a smooth experience and the team has room to grow.

Drew Kairos
Fractional Marketing & Growth Advisor
I’ve been an attorney, worked in law enforcement, built businesses, and spent years coaching entrepreneurs.Somewhere along the way, I’ve had more than 15,000 one-on-one strategy conversations. That’s taught me to listen closely, question the obvious answer, and appreciate how much being a business owner asks of a person. I enjoy the conversations where someone finally says, “Okay, that makes sense. I know what to do now.”
Advising mission-driven organization on brand positioning, marketing strategy, digital experiences, lead generation, and affiliate enablement. Developing marketing assets, funnels, and practical systems that help the organization expand its reach and strengthen supporter engagement.
Business Development

Ara Abiertas
Real conversations, started the human way.
Ara is a writer who never ran out of things to say, and now she gets paid to say them. With about eight years in journalism, copywriting, and ghostwriting, she knows how to write a message people actually want to answer.
Her role is business development. That means lead generation, finding the right organizations, and approaching them the way a person would. She comments, asks good questions, and listens before she ever mentions Uptime.
When a conversation is a real fit, Ara introduces you to Gabriel for a short, no-pressure call. She's a little funny, a lot curious, and she will absolutely ask how your week is going and mean it.

Ramil Felias
A Heart for People, a Passion for Service
Ramil enjoys working with people, building relationships, and finding ways to make a difference. Through his work in community development and social services, he has had the opportunity to serve communities, even in remote parts of the Philippines, where he helps people explore livelihood opportunities and build a better future.
At Uptime Ministries, he brings that same passion for helping others to his work in business development and outreach. He helps faith-based organizations find ways to make their day-to-day work easier so they can spend more time doing what they do best: serving others. For Ramil, technology should make life easier for people, not take away the personal connections that make service meaningful.
